RC19 introduced per-method RPC metrics for the API and indexer, earnings reads on demand, short-lived balance caches and post-confirmation refreshes. A validated backup endpoint is supported. Deployment checks reported readiness after the indexer caught up. These observations are not a service-level guarantee or a published percentage reduction in costs.
